This website is intended exclusively for international (overseas) customers. Orders from within Sri Lanka are not accepted through this website.
📦 Minimum Order Requirement
- The minimum purchase quantity is 25 pieces per order.
- Orders below the minimum quantity will not be processed.
💳 Payment
- Full payment must be successfully received before order processing begins.
- Production and order preparation commence only after payment has been confirmed.
🚚 Shipping
- All prices displayed on this website include international shipping charges.
- There are no hidden shipping fees.
- Orders are dispatched via trusted international courier services.
⏳ Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 7–14 business days from the date the payment is successfully received.
Business days exclude:
- Saturdays & Sundays
- Sri Lankan Public Holidays
- Poya Holidays
- Bank Holidays
Processing time begins only after payment confirmation.
📦 Courier Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the international courier company:
- Responsibility for transportation and delivery transfers to the courier.
- Delivery times are determined by the courier service and customs procedures in the destination country.
- UMA Fashion Store is not responsible for courier delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, government regulations, or other events beyond our control.
❌ Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are final.
After payment has been successfully completed:
- Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Products cannot be exchanged.
