🌍 Who can place orders on this website?

This website is intended exclusively for international (overseas) customers. Orders from within Sri Lanka are not accepted through this website.

📦 What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 25 pieces per order.

Orders below the minimum quantity cannot be processed.

🛍 Can I purchase a single item?

No.

UMA Fashion Store accepts bulk orders only. Single-item purchases are not available.

💰 Are shipping charges included?

Yes.

All prices displayed on our website already include international shipping charges.

There are no additional shipping fees or hidden charges.

💳 When does order processing begin?

Order processing begins only after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

⏳ How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7–14 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude:

  • Saturdays
  • Sundays
  • Sri Lankan Public Holidays
  • Poya Holidays
  • Bank Holidays
🚚 Which courier service do you use?

We ship orders using trusted international courier companies.

A tracking number will be provided whenever available.

📦 Who is responsible after my order has been shipped?

Once your shipment has been handed over to the international courier company, responsibility for transportation and delivery transfers to the courier.

Delivery schedules are determined by the courier service and customs authorities in the destination country.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been successfully completed.

Please review your order carefully before making payment.

💳 Can I receive a refund?

Due to the nature of international bulk orders, payments are non-refundable after payment has been successfully processed, except where required by applicable law.

🔄 Can I return or exchange products?

No.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment.

Import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by your country, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
