Return & Refund Policy

At Uma Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy return and refund options.

1. Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags, labels, and seals (if applicable) must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact our support team at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our error).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If paid via bank transfer, please allow extra time for manual processing.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@umafashionstore.com
  • Include clear photos and order details
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
